Wanchai

The site is formed of three connected rooms. The first room taking its inspiration from traditional Pasticcerias in Italy. A marble bar with a glass display counter forms forms an informal gathering place in the first room. Cakes an pastries are displayed during the day, and fresh seafood becomes the centerpirce at night. A large custom designed mural featuring a school of fish, was designed inhouse, and custom made in Italy. The entrance to the second room is framed by an arch, with cake displays standing in as decortive columns. the middle room is composed of high banquettes, with cusom designed chandeliers overhead.

The third room is inspired by Italianate gardens, with trellised mirrors, hanging plants, and mini globe lights standing in for lemons overhead. The seating is low, contrasting with the first tow rooms, and designed for long stays and group gatherings. The floor is composed of customed designed, hand painted tiles.
