Situated on the 5th floor of the iconic Pedder Building in Central HK, JK on the 5th is a harmonious blend of the old and new. The challenge was to respect the pedigree of the Pedder Building while introducing a modern spirit. We’ve selected wood, stone, and fabric that doesn't just complement the historical architecture, but also sings in concert with it. . 

The design is inspired by classical detailing,
seen through a contemporary lens. Warm wood
tones meet cool stone, enveloped in the soft glow
of ambient lighting. Textured fabrics add a touch
of coziness amidst the original grandeur.
